Offering two rooftop heated swimming pools separate for adults and families, two restaurants and a spa and wellness center, The Panoramic Getaway is located in scenic hill station of Munnar. Amazing view from the balcony and even in the toilet there is a huge glass to see the view while enjoying in the bath tub. Both pool was amazing and the top floor 18+ pool was having heated water too. Breakfast was great tasty and enough varieties.

They were sweet enough to upgrade our pool view room to sea view, and it was wow.... overall was amazing......

The Park Hotel is located in the business, and entertainment area, offering spacious accommodation with views of the Hussain Sagar Lake. My room is very spacious with park and river view. Staffs are very friendly, even security guys. Foods in the restaurant are very delicious.

I enjoyed the Hi Tea in the evenings at the restaurant on the 8th floor. The staff Manisha,Pradew,David and Saransh were so helpful,polite,pleasant at the restaurant. The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.
