All our requests were handled promptly, effortlessly and they all went above and beyond making our vacation one to remember. Super clean rooms with comfortable beds (best sleep ever) modern bathroom and served delicious freshly cooked breakfast overlooking the beautiful gardens. Extremely conveniently located near several beaches and the town. We are so sad to leave we will miss being taken care of and pampered but we will be back to Black Amber!!! We made great friends there. Fantastic experience 10 star rating!!!

We stayed at the hotel 4 adults for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the level of service quality is the highest we have encountered. The entire hotel staff and the management led by Mr. Costa and Mrs. Paris made every effort to make our stay pleasant in the hotel and on the island of Kos in general. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant in the hotel is of a very high standard - on the first evening the chef prepared a 6-course dinner that can easily compete with a Michelin restaurant. The rooms are very large and decorated in a modern design, a large TV, a huge bed and many treats. We were pleasantly surprised to receive every evening a handwritten note written by the management team in which they wish us a good night and a pleasant stay. The hotel pool is very large and clean, there are many sunbeds, clean towels and service from the hotel bar throughout the day. The reception staff ordered recommended restaurants for us every evening in the old town of Kos and hit our taste every time. The spa at the hotel is one of the best we have encountered and the price is absolutely fair. We will definitely return to the hotel for another stay. One and only issue for improvement: the beach adjacent to the hotel does not compare in level to the standards that the hotel adheres to.

We had a wonderful time at Aegean Houses and will definitely return. Everything about our stay was excellent, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. There are rooms with private pools which is very good for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks. The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good. We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.

When we couldn’t get a taxi and urgently needed to catch the ferry, the lovely owner of your hotel, dear Matina, kindly drove us there herself. Many thanks to dear Matina and her team.🤍

Meticulously clean, beautiful high-end property, surrounded by pools and equipped with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. We were here for the start of the season and loved that it wasn’t busy. We had half board and food was varied and delicious, throughout multiple buffet bars, always with a fresh fruit bar and a salad bar. The entertainment crew was spectacular and the staff (front desk, restaurant servers, hosts, chef, etc) were all so friendly and made us feel welcome. We loved the mini disco every evening and all the fun activities throughout the day. Greek night was so much fun! I loved stretching and yoga/pilates with Sara, as well as aqua dance and aerobics! We will definitely be back!!
