Before arriving the contact was also amazing (via email). This amazing lady helped us with everything we wanted. We had a special request about parking our motorcycles and she remembered. We got an even better room (upgrade) at no charge. The breakfast was made of high-quality products. The coffee was delicious. There was even a surprise waiting for us - the hotel is on the UK army jet plane route and every weekday they fly over the building in the morning - what a spectacle! I am coming back to this hotel for sure!
