Very quite in a nice neighborhood and great views. it is a short walk to the historic shops, restaurants and historic docks area. the owner and his staff were extremely friendly. we arrived early and he, and his staff, were really flexible in making sure we were settled and ready to enjoy Hobart. We loved the complimentary kitchen larder for a quick morning bite and the evening port in the parlor.

The home was a great space and the host was so nice and super responsive with lots of recommendations, can't wait to come back!

The property is very contemporary, nicely furnished and extremely comfortable. Initially we were hoping to find somewhere in Hobart but with the peak holiday season and the Sydney Hobart yacht race we widened our search to include Sorell and were lucky enough to find this available property. The commute to Hobart was easy - approx 25 mins with a hire car.

A very comfortable house, high-quality bedding and fully equipped kitchen. A great host that allows early check in and out! Definitely will come back if i visit Tas.

Forty South Cottage - A Secluded Waterside Getaway poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi a terasu. Hobart Convention & Exhibition Centre se nachází 6,8 km odtud a Blundstone Arena 4,4 km. Wish we could stay longer! The place is just perfect for everything! Location: Perfect for people who drive. Located at the other side of the river but close enough to CBD, only takes 7-10mins to drive. Quiet and close to the water which you can take a fresh breeze from. Equipment: Very cozy with everything we need. The place is large enough for a family of three or four . Fully equiped with heater and air conditioning to make you warm enough in winter nights. Nice and big bath tub with spa (didn't use during our stay). Very good taste to the decorations and styling of the place. Staffing: It's a cottage within the house land. Landlord doesn't usually live here but very nice and approachable. Thanks Penny for being kind and helpful. We are very welcomed by her and her family and were invited to watch their live band in their house. Accessability: Easy and smooth check in and check out. Easy for parking without disturbing the front.

The panoramic view of the house was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and we will miss the beautiful view of the beach and Mount Wellington. Ken was an excellent host, he very helpful and accommodating. I will highly recommend this property and looking forward to stay here again in our next visit. :)

Bridgecroft House - Spacious & serene family home se nachází v destinaci Richmond a nabízí zahradu. The kitchen was very well stocked. It had everything and more than what we could have needed. From serving trays, knifes, various glassware and serve ware, and some basic food items in the pantry and fridge! The beds, linen, and couches were very comfortable. Every nook and cranny was exceptionally clean. The house was bigger than the pictures let on! The hosts were incredible. Very helpful and kind. During our stay the batteries died in a remote and we messaged the host. Batteries were delivered unobtrusively and promptly. I also left a precious ring at the property and did not discover this until some time after our stay. I messaged the host and they searched high and low for it, found it, and upon the ring being returned to me they even gave me a little gift (it really should have been the other way around). They went above and beyond!

Immaculately clean. The presentation is beautiful. Peaceful and quiet..we even had an evening visit by a mumma Pademelon Wallaby (she had a Joey in her pouch) Everything we needed was met. I absolutely highly recommend staying here. Super comfy bed too!
