The property is run by one person, Julia, who had everything spotlessly clean, always available to help, made a perfect coffee and made the entire breakfast.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Lemon Garden is a recently renovated guest house situated in Gjirokastër, 44 km from Zaravina lake. Everything was amazing. The view was perfect, the hosts very friendly and hospitable, they prepared breakfast for us, even though it was not included. The room itself was cozy and everything we could need was supplied. The bathroom too was great. Very close to the old town of Gjirokastër. 10/10.

Located within 43 km of Zaravina lake in Gjirokastër, Jona Guest house provides accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The hosts, Jona, Thoma and her mom are super! Their friendliness was the highlight of our 3 weeks balkan holiday. Gjirokaster was super hilly. Driving with car was challenging but she sent us a video beforehand so that we could anticipate it. Thank you so much!

Absolutely exceptional stay, truly the best apartment we’ve had in Albania (and we’ve stayed in many)! Located just a little outside the historic centre of Gjirokastër, this place offered the perfect mix of peace, stunning views of the mountains and the city, while still being close to everything (especially ideal if you have a car). The apartment is on the ground floor, and on the first floor lives the owner who was simply an incredible host from beginning to end. He gave us tips on the best places to eat and visit, was always available to help with anything we needed, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (at one point even bringing us food made by his aunt!). We genuinely felt safe, supported and cared for during our entire stay. The property itself had everything: a large living room, lovely bedroom, spotless bathroom, AC, hairdryer, fully-equipped kitchen area, secure parking, a jacuzzi (which we didn’t have time to use but looked amazing), and even fresh fruit and bottles of water waiting for us on arrival! The surroundings were magical and peaceful, with cute cats wandering around the property, and unbeatable views. If you want to stay somewhere beautiful, quiet, authentic and still be minutes away from Gjirokastër’s centre, this is the perfect choice. 5 stars without a doubt, we will absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Hotell Selfo asub Gjirokastëris, Zaravina järvest 38 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. The place was very nice,convenient and clean. Very close with all the historical sites in the area with a very reasonable price. The owners of the hotel were offering outdoor activities, too,if you want to explore the landscape of the Drinos river valley. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and with a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend the place if you are visiting Gjirokastra.

The location is a short drive away from Permet and the perfect place to relax in nature. The room with the bath tub had unbelievable views with sheep roaming around in the fields below - absolutely magical! The place is family run and the breakfast is delicious and service is exceptional!
