Empire of Martin in Gjirokastër has 4-star accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a bar. The hotel features both free WiFi and free private parking. We had a wonderful stay at Martin Luxury Hotel. Everything was clean and modern, breakfast was great, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Parking on the street was easy to find, and overall the experience was excellent.

Beautiful small boutique hotel, tucked away on a very quiet side street, with stunning views and just a short walk to many restaurants and the Old Bazaar. Hotel has lots of character and charm. Staff at the hotel (Julie) was exceptionally welcoming and hospitable.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Lemon Garden is a recently renovated guest house situated in Gjirokastër, 44 km from Zaravina lake. Good communication, friendly host who helped us to reach the property by explaining which bus to take from bus station. Perfect location,amazing view. The room was super clean. The best place we have stayed so far in Albania. Highly recommend.

Located within 43 km of Zaravina lake in Gjirokastër, Jona Guest house provides accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The hosts, Jona, Thoma and her mom are super! Their friendliness was the highlight of our 3 weeks balkan holiday. Gjirokaster was super hilly. Driving with car was challenging but she sent us a video beforehand so that we could anticipate it. Thank you so much!

Absolutely exceptional stay, truly the best apartment we’ve had in Albania (and we’ve stayed in many)! Located just a little outside the historic centre of Gjirokastër, this place offered the perfect mix of peace, stunning views of the mountains and the city, while still being close to everything (especially ideal if you have a car). The apartment is on the ground floor, and on the first floor lives the owner who was simply an incredible host from beginning to end. He gave us tips on the best places to eat and visit, was always available to help with anything we needed, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (at one point even bringing us food made by his aunt!). We genuinely felt safe, supported and cared for during our entire stay. The property itself had everything: a large living room, lovely bedroom, spotless bathroom, AC, hairdryer, fully-equipped kitchen area, secure parking, a jacuzzi (which we didn’t have time to use but looked amazing), and even fresh fruit and bottles of water waiting for us on arrival! The surroundings were magical and peaceful, with cute cats wandering around the property, and unbeatable views. If you want to stay somewhere beautiful, quiet, authentic and still be minutes away from Gjirokastër’s centre, this is the perfect choice. 5 stars without a doubt, we will absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Hotell Selfo asub Gjirokastëris, Zaravina järvest 38 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. Everything was great. Of course you need a car to feel it’s comfortable. Then the location is perfect, just a couple kms from Gjirokaster. The rooms are very interesting, i loved that. Great views from the balcony and from the common areas outside the room. Breakfast was great, very good to start the day. Staff was kind and helpful. WiFi was great.
