The hotel staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was well-kept, clean and comfortable. It is important to note that the hotel is located in the old town, a very busy area with many bars and nightclubs. Therefore, it is important to note that, due to its location, there will be noise at night.

Awesome! Best roof top bar and infinity edge pool ever! Excellent music ambience and million dollar view of Hanoi! So much fun. Lucky to attend the perfomance of an well known Internacional DJ! This hotel is brand new and the facilities inside are great and modern. The view is amazing, the restaurant includes breakfast and dinner - both very tasty and with a good variety. Also the service was very nice, they also speak good English and arrange vegatarian food options when you ask for it. The pool area is super nice, the beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The only "bad" thing is the location. It is pretty far away from walking to somewhere (for going to the Airport the next days, it is perfect or of you have time driving by bus or taxi to the city centre), but if you want to go out for dinner in the evening, there is not much around. There is a beautiful parc directly in front of the hotel, which made it a little bit better. But in total I would recommend staying there!

Very comfortable room with beautiful furnishings. Friendly and hospitable staff who helped us to call our taxi booking company to inform them of where to pick us up when the street was closed for the weekend market. Very central location right next to the Hoan Kiem lake and main shopping streets. Would definitely stay here again!

    the free breakfast was great, I slept in a lot of the times and they provided takeout boxes for my family to pack some breakfast for me. The gym was great, spacious and quiet most of the times. there is a sauna and cold jacuzzi as well. We got massages at night from the hotel and it was amazing, so comfortable and relaxing

    The room is very spacious, comfy and clean. It worths staying there before you take a plane elsewhere. I wish there were more hotels like this in the city of Hanoi ;) I would have stayed there for longer time as a tourist if it was situated in the city center. Large jacuzzi bath with good pressure of hot water. AC was in good condition. English speaking reseption host. Nice breakfast.
