This condo is in a good location if you have a car! The HOA has done a great job making the surrounding area feel Colorado modern. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked splendid.

    The location was about a mile from River Run Village, not super convenient. But the back of the condo looked over a wooded ravine, which was quiet and peaceful. There was a hot tub for the development, which was nice and hot. However, the cover was in pieces and little styrofoam pieces were in the hot tub.

    *Contemporary apartment which had everything we needed for our stay - felt like an hotel room (in a good way!) *Well-equipped: including a full kitchen, grill, and a washing machine / dryer *Pleasant balcony with absolutely beautiful views to the forest *Great on-site spa with a large hot-tub (outdoors) *Clear instructions on how to enter / use the facilities / check-out *The whole parking lot was promptly plowed after an intense snow storm the night before we left (phew!)
