Amazing view from the hotel. Great localization in the city of Cortona. Spa is awesome. Breakfast was very good, and the bar was top (shoutout to Claudio😊). The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Good spot to visit Siena, Perugia and Lago Trasimeno.

Centrally located in the old town, a great hotel with a very good breakfast included. The hotel recommended some local restaurants for dinner, which we really appreciated, as the one we went to was exceptional! Wish we stayed longer than just the one night, but will stay much longer next time, as there is a lot to do and see in the area as well!

This estate, once their private home, beautifully carries the spirit of a lived-in, loved space — elegant, thoughtfully designed, and filled with personal touches that create a truly homely and luxurious atmosphere. The interiors are impeccably styled, with great attention to detail, blending comfort and sophistication. The garden is a true gem — lush, meticulously maintained, and full of peaceful corners perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or losing yourself in a good book. The pool area is another highlight, ideal for relaxing and unwinding under the sun. Each morning, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts made with care from fresh, high-quality ingredients, accompanied by some of the best coffee we’ve had on our travels. This place has a unique, almost magical energy that made us feel completely at ease — like time had slowed down. We left feeling rested and inspired, and we’re already looking forward to returning next spring.

    Lovely location great for couples and families. Near to the medieval town of Cortona. Lots to do including swimming pool, pretty and large grounds, lots of animals. Large room which had a bedroom, two bathroom areas and seating. Also enjoyed the two comfy chairs outside to relax in. We enjoyed the restaurant and had breakfast and dinner every evening. High quality food. Very helpful staff who really care about giving their guests a wonderful experience. We will be back and hoping to bring the family next time.

    Absolutely beautiful setting, staff were incredible, such a relaxing stay. Spa facilities were nice, sauna great temperature and pool was ideal for relaxing in afterwards. The room was perfect, hydrobath an nice added extra. The hotel has its own Jaguar which you can request, loved this as taxi's are a little tricky to get hold of sometimes.

    Spacious villa with a full range of amenities. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, extra pillows and bed linen. Washing machine was a bonus. Multiple types of coffee provided. Close to grocery shopping. Very close to Cortona and we appreciated the excellent restaurant recommendations. A beautiful clean swimming pool with pool loungers allocated to each villa. A private garden for reading and relaxing.
