My stay was fantastic! I had an issue, but the manager promptly addressed it, demonstrating excellent leadership. The staff are incredibly professional, and as a Colombian-American, it makes me proud to see this level of quality, both in the hospitality and the structure itself, in the heart of my city. The arrival to the place was easy and near to Panaca so we didn’t take too long, the ladies who served us were very polite and attended us the best way possible, and food was magnificent. we lost our tooth paste and they get some for us, even though they don’t sell tooth paste at all, I really recommend Orange Glamping! 10/10

The grotto is an experience not to be missed set in a beautiful area of countryside. The host was one of the most attentive hosts I've met, making my stay something to remember. If your going to Pereira I recommend you stay here I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
