I would recommend IBIS Martigues as a really nice and affordable hotel.

Free Wi-Fi internet access is provided. No wifi, the rooms are tidy and tight. No extra space. Flies in the room and is annoying. Air-conditioning not enough to get cool. Common area and elevator is so hot.
