The ibis Strasbourg Centre Les Halles is located 600 metres from the centre of Strasbourg and 900 metres from Strasbourg Train Station. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi internet access. We had a really lovely experience at your hotel from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything felt smooth and professional. Our room was on the 5th floor, with a beautiful view overlooking Strasbourg’s main road. The room was small but very well designed, with everything we needed perfectly combined. The beds were very comfortable, the atmosphere was cosy, and it made us feel at home. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and we really enjoyed it. The variety was good, but the only small issues were the table arrangements, which were not very comfortable when sitting and eating, and the cheese display, which was a bit small and not easy to access. These are only small details that could be improved, but overall, it was still a very enjoyable breakfast experience. The hotel itself is perfect and very nice. The cleaning was done daily and the room was kept tidy, which we appreciated a lot. The only small inconvenience was on the second night, when unfortunately the towels were not changed. Apart from that, the housekeeping was very good. Another great advantage is that there is a shopping mall located just underneath the hotel. This was such a plus, as it made it very easy to shop, explore, and find everything we needed just a few steps away. Overall, this hotel is a great choice, with a very good location, comfortable rooms, and kind service. We left with very positive impressions and would happily recommend it to others visiting Strasbourg.
