Just 20 km from Oudtshoorn, Zwartberg View Mountain Lodge is tucked away between majestic mountains and the iconic red hills—a peaceful retreat where nature and comfort meet. Stay in charming African-themed chalets, each with a private entrance, cozy sofa, and tea-and-coffee facilities. Step out onto your furnished terrace to soak in breathtaking views of the valley and Swartberg Mountain Range. Start your day with a hearty full English breakfast before setting out on scenic walking and hiking trails. Spot giraffes, elands, and more—11 species of game roam freely across the property. Nearby, you’ll find must-see attractions such as the famous Cango Caves, Ostrich Farms, Meerkats, horse-riding etc. all within a short drive. Free WiFi is available in public areas, and George Airport is just 1 hour 15 minutes away.
