Offering sea views, Waterfront Penthouse is an accommodation situated in Cape Town, a 3-minute walk from Green Point A track and a 4-minute walk from Cape Studies Language School. The apartment is 600 metres from City Sightseeing Ticket Office. Experience comfort at the Cape Royale Apartments, proudly managed by Cape Finest. Ideally located in Green Point, our spacious, tastefully furnished apartments offer full self-catering facilities, open plan living areas, and access to a rooftop pool with stunning views. Enjoy the privacy of your own apartment, all just moments from the V&A Waterfront, stadium, and vibrant city attractions. Comprising of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a bath, this apartment comes with a satellite flat-screen TV. The accommodation is equipped with a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven. Languages spoken at the reception include German, English and Spanish. Waterfront Penthouse offers an outdoor pool. A sun terrace is available on site and cycling can be enjoyed within close proximity of the accommodation. Viewpoint (Signal Hill) is 700 metres from Waterfront Penthouse, while Somerset Hospital is 700 metres from the property. The nearest airport is Cape Town International Airport, 18 km from the apartment.

Centrally located within walking distance to V&A Waterfront, beach front and city, Cape Royale is the ideal location. Within a minutes walk you can reach supermarket, shops and cafes. The apartments are spacious and have all amenities you can think of. They are filled with sunshine and light, cosy and comfortable all at the same time. A rooftop pool with glorious views of the mountain and City can be used by guests.

Green point is one of the most vibey neighbourhoods in the city and there are many young people in the cafes and it is walking distance from both the V & A Waterfront and the city centre.
