It is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's license or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted.

This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. During the student week period, persons under the age of 25 will not be allowed occupation at this resort unless they are accompanied by a person over 25 years of age throughout their stay. During this week, a breakage deposit of R3 000 will be required upon check in.
