This unit has recently been renovated. Stack doors were installed on the balcony to make it ideal to look at the ocean even on windy or rainy days.
The unit has a DSTV connection with an Open view decoder. If you want DSTV please bring your own decoder, card & cables. (Not Explora compatible).
This unit is on the top floor, so has lots of stairs, but amazing view.
