Our Luxury villa with pool, wi-fi and double garage is superbly situated in a secluded cul-de-sac close to the golf course in the beautiful, secure San Lameer beach estate. We have 2x four-seater golf carts for use on the golf course, to drive around the estate or to the beach. The 4 en-suite bedrooms are on the ground floor leading off one lounge with pool table, bar fridge and TV. This leads out onto a covered veranda with table & chairs and dart board next to the pool. Upstairs is open plan with a large dining room / kitchen / lounge area with TV and separate scullery. Off the kitchen is a large patio with table & chairs, covered gas braai and stairs leading down to the pool. The bedrooms and lounges each have an air conditioner. The villa has back-up solar panels, inverter, batteries as well as a water tank. Each TV has its own DSTV decoder with full bouquet of channels. Patience is our friendly, trust-worthy domestic worker who comes in every day to keep the villa clean and tidy.

I enjoy yoga, golf, reading, swimming, hiking and game-viewing. I love sharing our piece of paradise with guests. As I live in Knysna I don't get to meet them in person. However, I have a co-host Mike who will ensure the golf carts have petrol, the gas bottles are full and that everything at our villa is in good working order.

San Lameer is a beautiful sub-tropical estate with 24-hour reception, excellent security and controlled access to the Blue Flagged Marina Beach. It has various wildlife, birds and lush, evergreen vegetation. It has a lagoon with boats for hire, 2x public swimming pools, hotel, restaurant, spa, gym, library, shop, tennis & squash courts, bicycle trail, a championship & mashie golf course and bowling green. The Leisure desk hires out bicycles and all kinds of sport equipment. Otherwise bring your own equipment and play for free! Outside the estate are numerous other golf courses, Wild Coast Hotel, Casino & Water park, Margate airport & hospital, restaurants, shops and grocery stores, crocodile farm, art gallery and Mac Banana for kids' activities.
