Self-catering - C Cottage right on the C is situated in a security complex with electric fences and controlled entrances. The duplex unit is right in front on the sea with no 91, almost right in front, facing the sunny North and well protected against the South Easter. From the patio area, one has a stunning view right on to Seal Island. One enters the ground floor through large sliding doors into the braai room which has a table and chairs, then into an open-plan lounge area, the bathroom and the main bedroom. The bathroom takes three people at once, with a separate toilet, a separate shower with a cubicle and a separate hand basin. The first floor second bedroom has a double bed as well as bunk beds and an en-suite full bathroom with a bath. The kitchen has a four-plate stove with an oven, a toaster, a snackwich maker, a kettle, a fridge with freezing area, a microwave oven and a washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washing machine. There is a braai on the patio, which includes braai equipment. The cottage also has a hot and cold outside shower and safe car parking for two cars is available under the veranda. Please note a cleaning fee is applicable + own electricity which will not be much. C Cottage right on the C sleeps maximum four. Strictly no dogs, not even little ones. Controlled gates nearby take you down to a safe and quiet beach. Come and relax in a heated swimming pool at Diaz beach which is within walking distance, enjoy the pool in the complex or take the kids to the Water World at Diaz. Only bring food, clothes, towels, swimming towels and sun umbrella. We ask for R800 cash remote and breakage; deposit on arrival and refund immediately on departure. We subsidize gas.
