Originally from the North of England, my husband and I moved to South Africa 20 years ago. We live and work at Springerbaai Coastal Estate in Mossel Bay. Springerbaai is a coastal eco estate which offers game viewing such as bontebok, springbok, zebras etc and beach access as well as whale and dolphin viewing. The estate is situated close to the area of Boggomsbaai and Vleesbaai. Shopping, dining, entertainment, medical and other facilities are available Mossel Bay which are just a 20 minute drive away. Springerbaai estate is excellent for hiking, cycling, beach walking and wildlife viewing. Vleesbaai coastal village offers sand dune boarding, 4x4 driving, excellent beaches and a small shop. The estate is semi rural and not close to public transport so visitors require their own transport.
