Property information

New cozy apartment situated in a very quiet area in parow valley, with super fast internet, and unlimited Dstv channels and much more. It is very close to amenities like malls and shopping centre . its just 7 km to the airport. its a walking distance to Stellenbosch university, as well as Tygerberg hospital. The south African medical research centre is in close proximity to the area.

The area is quiet, not to far from city centre, table mountain is just a 20 mins trip with taxi
