Being in travel industry for 25 years, I know that details matter. And we (together with designer) tried our best to make all the details perfect, so people staying here enjoy and come back again.

Property information

A unique apartment in the downtown of Tashkent, with a great view from the 9th floor to the city and the mountain with good fresh air. It's a good place for a single person, a couple or a couple with a child. baby cot available upon request. No noise, no transport to bother you while at home. And 24hrs security makes you feel more safe in a stranger city. Check house photos, amenities and make your decision. You can ask me for additional info. You will get what you pay for. Real photos, no cheating. The unique part of the property is that it is a non smoking flat, however there is a nice balcony where you can smoke, enjoying the city view, take a deep breath of fresh air and nobody around who could see you. There is a safe deposit box in the apartment. Now, we have Robot Vacuum cleaner that will collect the dust while you are outside. And the most important, you will not have electricity cut off problems due to the flat location, that is near several government offices. (It is clear that, the more expensive place the more chances to avoid unwanted previous guests in the apartment and this is the comfort you pay for.

Neighbourhood information

Just outside the building on the next street you can find Tashkent's best cafes, coffee-shops and restaurants. Next to the building is the town main police security office. This place gives you a chance to walk in the evenings in Tashkent main streets and feel its atmosphere.
