No late check-outs or early check-ins. Ensure doors are closed and locked when not in the house. No weapons or illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Use caution when operating the grill and always turn off the gas at the tank when not in use. Swimming in the pond is prohibited. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Please use disposal bins for other items. Liability Waiver: Guests agree to indemnify the property owner against any liabilities, including those arising from bunk beds, fire pits, or activities in the pond or river. Our family loves to travel and explore new places and we're so happy to share one of our own favorite little spots in the world with our guests!

We do have a couple of close neighbors but are set on 10 acres on a private dirt road with our own river frontage and pond. The surrounding area is beautiful with views of mountains and the river.
