Hey! We are Eric & Sylvia Hawkins. We have been in love with the Eastern Shore for well over 25 Years now. On one of our many trips over, we decided to get lost, boy are we sure glad we did.
We stumbled upon what was Esso Auto Park, back in the 30's (we didn't know what a auto park was at the time). But what we did know that we ourselves live tiny and was praying to be able to have a Tiny Home Village one day. Well God answered our prayers that day.
We bought the property and began making repairs to the homes and slowly opening them up to the public.
We love tiny house living and hope you do too!

Located just a short 3 min drive to downtown Cape Charles and our Beautiful Beach. Find out why everyone is buzzing about this small town.
