People love our location being 2.5 miles 2 historic downtown w/45+- restaurants. Clear waterfront 1-5+- ft. often with dock and bouey use. CMAC music venue events&other things 2 note, Day/Night Registered guests only. Seasonal furniture, outdoor rinsing station, dock are available per host decision and not likely in late fall and winter. Our 4 season home caters to respectful guests, who love watching shooting stars in the summer, full moons, all year round, people who love to spend the holidays together, enjoy watching the full moon on the lake, sit by an indoor or outdoor fireplace/firepit, fish, BBQ, swim, kayak, downhill/cross country ski/snow board, rent a boat, go on a lake tour, cycle, and much more. Our home is on the lake side of the road...you will only need to walk about 30 steps from the home lower level to the waterfront. Waterfront is private with a seasonal: dock, adirondack, lounging chairs, tic tac toe game, fire-pit/chiminea. (Please do not tie up any boats to the dock. Please bring your own wood for fire pit/charcoal for grill).

This is a residential area about 2.5 miles to the City of Canandaigua which means easy access to 4 groceries, historic main street shopping along with large national store chains, 45+- restaurants, CMAC, Finger Lakes Performing Arts Center, Cobblestone Arts Center, a plethora of athletic specialty work out places including YMCA, Planet and Anytime Fitness, hospital and urgent care, religious organizations etc.
