Are you looking for a comfortable, beautiful place to host a family reunion or friends’ getaway? Relax in our luxurious, spacious and comfortable retreat located directly on the Brazos River near the entrance to the Gulf. Great option for fishing excursions (7 marinas to choose from!) and beach trips (11 minutes to 3 separate beaches!).

This gorgeous home is located 11 minutes away from 3 popular beaches—Bryan Beach, Quintana Beach, and Surfside Beach, all with different attractions and amenities. Only 5 minutes away from the Freeport Marina, but we also have our very own dock as well! 7 marinas available within a 10 mile radius. Within walking distance to Hooks on Brazos, a fun restaurant/bar with live music and karaoke on the weekends, as well as several other delicious local restaurants. Numerous areas available to entertain and be entertained, including an outdoor kitchen with a full refrigerator, the aforementioned tiki hut with bar and lounge area right on the river, and a full on cinema room on the 3rd floor. Numerous fishing opportunities abound in the area. This home sits right on the mouth of the Brazos River, and there’s no end to the fishing opportunities you will find here—Redfish, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, and more—and let’s not forget the crab! It’s a beautiful place to sit and sip on your favorite beverage while letting the waters of the Brazos soothe your soul. The home is located across the water from the Freeport Splash Park (a wonderful place to take the kids), and a public boat ramp. This is a 9 minute walk across the bridge next to the house. Also nearby is the Freeport Municipal Park which is another great place to take the kids (this is a 3 minute drive or a 17 minute walk). And right next to that is the Freeport Rec Center which includes a pool and a fitness center! Very reasonable daily rates are available for use at the Rec Center. The local library is also located in this complex. Finally, the Freeport River Place, an events center, can also be found at this complex. It offers a beautiful view of the river and can accommodate events such as weddings, fundraisers, galas, etc. Just use your imagination!
