1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 10 excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 3 vehicles. 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
