A newly renovated studio space. This is the Hobbit House because it has some quirks! It was built as one of the units in a Bungalow style duplex in 1939. As you enter the 450sq ft. studio, you will notice that there are some areas with short ceiling height. As a reference, Kevin is 6'3" and gets around just fine. Like a hobbit, the space has a short stature, but encompasses a peaceful living space to relax, a full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table, French doors leading to the balcony with a view of the water, and a queen bed. The back yard is reserved for your use as well, feel free to pick some fresh mint and/or herbs! Although the space is small, there is an abundance of natural light that streams through the windows, each equipped with their own custom fitted curtains. Access to the unit may require the use of stairs.
