One bedroom features a Queen Bed, as well as a TV. It shares a full hallway bathroom with a second bedroom featuring a DuoBunk and a ROKU TV. The outside provides access to the pool, the outdoor shower, the guest closet containing pool and beach extras, and the cargo lift. Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with TVs and deck access, a Queen Bedroom with TV which shares a full hallway bathroom with a bedroom featuring 2 Bunk Sets, a TV, and deck access. A laundry room has a new washer and dryer. The outside deck features HPDE seating, privacy curtains with a wooden seating area, and a hammock swing. Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV and deck access. The great room features a large smart TV, Blu-Ray player, surround sound bar with subwoofer and a PlayStation 3 with wireless controllers, along with multiple board games, puzzles, movies, and reading materials for any guests' pleasure. For more seating, there are two dining tables, the first seating ten and the 2nd seating eight. The outside deck features a HPDE dining table and chairs, as well as plenty of other HPDE seating.
