Listing description The house is a large modern single family home in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood off Rossville boulevard in Rosedale Maryland. The house is close to White Marsh, Towson and downtown Baltimore with easy access to both interstates 95 and 695. The space HUGE EXCLUSIVE LUXURIOUS BASEMENT Suite in a single family home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, kitchenette/ wet-bar, pool table and a large recreation area in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood in Rosedale Maryland. Van Gogh Guest room # 6 is a cozy standard size bedroom with a queen size bed, a writing desk and a full-size mirror. The common area in a very large open concept space that comprises of the living room, dining room, recreational area and kitchenette / wet bar. The space is comprised of 2 bedrooms and one shared bathroom. There's a half bathroom that the guests can use if the basement floor bathroom is occupied. This is located on the first floor next to the door leading to the basement suite.
I am a registered nurse working in the Baltimore area in Maryland, U.S.A. I love to travel to new places and explore new and different experiences. I enjoy hosting guests.
Neighborhood description The house is in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood in Rosedale Maryland. The house is located near Community Colleges of Baltimore County (CCBC Essex), Medstar Franklin Sqaure Medical Center, White Marsh Mall and The Avenue at White Marsh. The neighborhood is accessible to interstates 95 and 695. It's also close to both route 40 and route 43 (MD-40 and MD - 43 respectively). The house is within 10 miles to both downtown Baltimore and Towson. The house is close to Towson University, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Mercy Medical Center, University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center, University of Maryland Medical Center, VA Hospital and Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen Maryland. The house is about 20 minutes drive to both Downtown Baltimore and Towson. The house is also about 30 minutes drive to Ripken's Stadium in Aberdeen Maryland. This space is perfect for students, travel nurses, physicians and others working in the area Hospitals, colleges, universities and other facilities.
