This waterfront property with amazing Gulf views and only steps to the beach is ideal for couple getaways or family vacations. Whether you prefer a relaxing heaven or active exploring, your special time in Orange Beach will be filled with relaxation, fishing and boating, nature trail exploring and much more. Tradewinds is a condo building located right on the beach, putting you only steps away from the beautiful white sand and the turquoise of the water. As a guest of this property, you will enjoy a big swimming pool that has a swim-through indoor pool and is heated in October-April, a BBQ grilling area, plus private security. And if you prefer to venture out for a day, make sure to visit the OWA amusement park in Foley. Their 21 dazzling amusement park rides will have everyone entertained for hours. This gulf front 2BR condo is spacious with lot of natural light and views from your windows and private balcony. The unit is fully furnished with all essentials you need to make your vacation comfortable and hassle free! • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. • The pool heaters will be turned on From November 1 to March 31 each winter. • Any guests or renters caught tampering with the pool heaters or other equipment will be immediately evicted and banned from the property.
