This is Host Occupied Home, to make it clear, that is what HOMESTAY means. You will find yourself in one of the finest areas of SWFL as you drive through my neighborhood with Royal Palms lining the road along waterfront mansions which are beachfront to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. My home is not quite as large as the neighbors, but it is just as beautiful with its manicured lawn, tropical plants and gorgeous views. My home has a spacious Open Concept. It is has a 2900 sq ft layout that has been totally updated. The Gourmet Kitchen is very inviting for those that like to cook. I have 2 additional refrigerators in the garage for guest's use. The Casper Mattress beds are extremely comfortable... No one has been disappointed I am happy to say.

I have rented out 2 of my three bedrooms for over four years and have hosted hundreds of guests. It was my guests that told me to call this place their Oasis. I moved here five years ago from Indianapolis and I just truly love this area and the wonderful setup of my home. It is designed in a way where the guests get complete privacy on their side of the house with a clean, spacious, comfortable bedroom and a private full bathroom. I have enjoyed meeting travelers from Russia, Asia, England, Canada and throughout the United States. Several of my guests have become good friends. Some guests like to stay low key and just have space for themselves. That's perfectly fine. I welcome you to stay at my home if you are traveling the Cape Coral, Fort Myers area. I think you will love it too. I have a very friendly and welcoming dog name Charlie who many of my guests have become fans of. My home is pet friendly and I have a small fee for your pet's stay, but hey, that sure beats boarding in a kennel.

Like I say, This Oasis is the Cape's Best Place To Stay... and that is because this SE area of the Cape is walking distance to the Public Beach, Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grille Restaurant, Tennis Courts, Racket Ball Courts, Boat Ramp. Due to the three recent hurricanes this area is still in the process of recovery. Our city's most popular restaurants, nightlife and bars are just 2 miles or a 5 minute uber ride away.
