Welcome to the Grant Island Stabbin Cabin on Brantingham Lake. The Stabbin Cabin is a unique private bungalow on Grant Island with a hammock and chairs in front of the Cabin Outdoor Hot Tub is for you to relax! So nice to warm you up after a cold dip in the lake You will have your own private electric motorboat for transportation. Private mini-fridge, Wifi, TV w/Roku & more. You have access to all Grant Island amenities like diving board, hammocks, docks, workout area, rowboats, canoes You can see a virtual tour of our lake and island by visiting VACATION ANGEL. Once an old tool shed the Cabin is now decorated with many of the old tools it once stored. All tools are safely glued and secured to the walls. DONT WORRY. You will have a private sink in the cabin and a heated outdoor rainfall shower gazebo 20 feet away. A newly built bathroom with separate entrances for the toilet and the shower is a few feet away. There is NO kitchen access however we have made it possible for you to cook and clean outdoors. We have a small outdoor sink and dishes area for doing dishes and cleaning. The Stabbin Cabin has its own private dorm size Mini Fridge with small freezer. If you have a need for more fridge space let us know and we can provide access to larger fridge and freezer. We have a BBQ Grill that is available for you to use as well as Coffee Maker, Toaster and other simple cooking supplies. We have both Frech Press and Italian Coffee makers. We have 2 hotplate burners, pots and pans so you can cook camping style right outside the cabin. We have a ZERO water filter in the cabin so that you will have as much clean drinking water available at all times. We supply Cafe Bustelo coffee and a large selection of teas along with tea cups and utensils so that you can enjoy your mornings relaxing in our Adirondack chairs or hammocks. You will be supplied with fresh sheets and towels and made bed when you arrive.

We are Grant Island. Look us up! There are 2 main houses on the Island. One is for the owners and the other is also rented out. Check us out on Insta at @ grantisland You will be provided an electric motorized boat to get you back and forth from the mainland parking area. Please see images of it in our listing. The Parking area is about a 5 minute boat ride from the Island.
