Set in Onancock, in a historic building, 34 km from Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport, The Inn at Onancock is a bed and breakfast with a garden and terrace. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the bed and breakfast free of charge. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the bed and breakfast's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. The units come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee machine, a shower, bathrobes and a desk. There is a seating and a dining area in all units. All units feature a private bathroom, a hair dryer and bed linen. American and vegetarian breakfast options with warm dishes, fruits and cheese are available. Kim and Matt are married with four grown children and three grandchildren between them. Each has worked at an executive level for nonprofit organizations for several decades and bring deep experience and servant hearts to the inn. Kim is an amazing cook and hostess and an avid and accomplished gardener. Matt is very active at his local church and enjoys road and mountain biking. The Inn at Onancock is located in a Victorian house built in 1886 and rests in a quiet bay side village on the eastern shore of Virginia. Each of the five rooms has a meticulously kept and adorned en suite. There is a very short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the Onancock deep wharf which leads directly into the Chesapeake Bay. There are two fine dining restaurants and several casual eateries and pubs very close by. Each day begins with a full gourmet breakfast and the day eases into evening with our signature Wine Down hour that provides guests the opportunity to relax before heading out to dinner with fresh hors d'oeuvres and select paired wines and beers; all included in your daily room rate. In addition, we provide free water, soda, coffee and tea throughout the day. Our very purpose is to sever you in making this an elegant, romantic, and restful retreat.
