Originally from Omaha, Nebraska. I went to school for Culinary Arts at SUNY Adirondack, and worked as a chef in Saratoga Springs, before teaching culinary. In Oct of 2016 we purchased The Gridley Inn, and have been working on making wonderful experiences for our guest ever since. In my spare time, I admit, I am a gamer, and also enjoy Japanese Ricci Mahjong.

The first time I stepped foot into this house, I knew it was more than a home, it was a living experience. The antique character and style of the architecture, harkens to a time when things were built with great thought and care. My wife and I knew, that this home was a place where joy, company, good food, and music were meant to be.

Tudnivalók a környékről

Waterloo has been a kind and warm place, the neighbors are sweet, and have been regulars at the popular Acoustic Thursday concert series we hold from Jan to Mar. The history is amazing here too, and you can’t go a half block without discovering a fascinating story that shaped America, or at least this little piece of it.
