Enjoy a 5-star experience at our centrally-located private guest haven. The space - The Colby Street Retreat comes complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The studio is located in your own detached guest house, complete with private entrance. Inside you'll find a comfortable king-sized bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette area, a built-in desk and office chair and a private bathroom. The space has it's own heating and cooling system and full cable television. Guest access - Our highly walkable and safe neighborhood sits on the border of Berkeley the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland and Berkeley. We are conveniently located within walking distance to the wonderful Rockridge restaurants and shops and the UC Berkeley campus is a short walk away. If you have a car, an off-street parking spot in front of the studio entrance is available for your use. Other things to note - We are a pet friendly home if you have a furry travel companion. Please be aware that our own pets (2 friendly dogs and 5 inquisitive cats) will be in and around the shared spaces, but they will not have access to your guest suite.

Located in the Elmwood District of Berkeley. Rockridge and Ashby BART Stations are both within walking distance. The area is very walkable with easy access to shops, restaurants and a nearby hospital.
