Our Lakeview condo has a great view of Table Rock Lake. Kimberling Crossing Resort offers lots of extra amenities. If you have a boat, Port of Kimberling City Marina is less than 5 miles away. The lakeshore is an easy walk. Walk-in and fully furnished to make you feel at home and relax after a busy day, taking in all the sights this area has to offer.

Diane and I have been married for over 46 years and retired in 2023. We spent our honeymoon here and have been coming down to the Ozarks for vacations and short getaways ever since then. My folks lived on Gobblers Mtn in their lake home for 26 yrs, which was great for us and our kids. My Mom worked at Silver Dollar City for many years, so we always got free tickets. Diane and I love the Ozark country and the history of the early settlers. We purchased three nightly rentals, one in Branson, one in Notch Estates (Branson West), just 2 miles from Silver Dollar City, and the other in Kimberling City, where we are a stone's throw away from the historic Kimberling City Bridge. We chose this neighborhood for the easy access to Table Rock Lake and all that it has to offer. We are only 3.5 miles away from the Kimberling Port Marina. It is also easy to get to all that the Branson Strip has to offer with all its shows, rides, and restaurants. The Branson Landing with all its shops and world-class dining experience, and let's not forget Silver Dollar City. Now the best part is, after a fun-filled day you can escape the hustle and bustle of the hectic pace to our secluded and quiet condo we so affectionately call Swan's Getaway Lakeview Condo.
