Fantastic SF home in prime location, ideal for tourism, family gatherings, or work. Nestled in a great neighborhood, this spacious house offers serene yet convenient living, close to grocery stores, dining, and attractions. Features two sunlit bedrooms, one bonus room/office (feels like 3 bedrooms), full bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room, laundry & 1 car parking. Proximity to Golden Gate Park, downtown, beach, shops, UCSF, & convention center. Perfect for professionals, families & all others

As one of the best neighborhoods in SF - Richmond District provides a safe, residential atmosphere, yet everything you need for a convenient life. It is close to downtown, beach, forest and Golden Gate Park. You will experience the authenticity of SF living here. Best you can get in SF - walk, bike, bus, Uber or drive as you want. Free street parking in most streets (except two hours/week street cleaning time). From this home, you can walk to grocery stores, pharmacies, park or restaurants. It is half block from a bus stop to downtown. If you drive, it takes 15-20 minutes to downtown. Beach is 5-8 minutes drive and the Golden Gate park is just two blocks away.
