we are in a quite neighborhood for your enjoyment as we live onsite it is a seperate side of house and guest have all the privace they want. we also have 2 dogs and 2 cats who are very friendly and think everyone comes just to see them. we have heated pool and hot tub on the cocoplum canal and yes there are gators and also some good fishing. you have use of shared kitchen, living room and lania although we dont use when there are guest unless guest invite us join them to enjoy the florida sun with them
steve is 58 cori is 63 we have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they are family becasue we dont have kids. we enjoy hosting guest because it gives a great opportunity to meet people from all over the world. steve is disabled so usually home if guest where to need something or have a question, cori is a RN so not home during the day
the neighborhood is very quite and most neighbors are very nice. were close to port charlotte and most restraunts are about 5 miles away on 41/ veterans hwy. Punta gorda is about 20 min drive for a small town atmosphere with dining and shop all walking the downtown, there are also some nice trails to walk or you can rent bike and ride. north Port is a growning comunity and about 30 min drive to the coco plum shopping area you will find an assortment of restraunts and shopping.
