Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, extended-stay basement apartment. We are located just minutes from downtown SLC and the airport, yet tucked in a friendly and safe neighborhood. Less than 1 hour away from 8 major Ski Resorts. Guests will love the convenient location, friendly neighborhood, and the balance of city attractions and tranquility. The space allows up to 2 house-trained dogs under 50 lbs (no cats) with prior approval. Restricted breeds (Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Akita, Wolf or Wolf Hybrids) are not allowed, including mixes. No pets with a bite history or aggressive behavior. Pets must be crated if left unattended, kept off furniture and beds, and washed outside during summer using designated towels. Owners are required to clean up after their pets with waste bags provided, and ensure no digging or damage to landscaping occurs. Extra charges apply for any damages or excessive cleaning. The pet fee is 20 per pet, per night, in USD. Violation fees include 3000 USD for parties, 1500 USD for smoking, 500 USD for unauthorized pets, and 50 USD per 30 minutes for unauthorized late checkout.

One of the things that I love about living here is that it is a quiet residential area (most neighbors are old couples or young families) yet minutes away from the city, entertainment and events. Grocery stores and restaurants are all nearby too. The best way to get around would be by car. There is a bus stop nearby that can take you downtown but stops running around 10 pm.
