Vintage Vegas meets Modern/Contemporary! Super location close to the Summerlin Parkway, Red Rock Casino, Downtown Summerlin, Trader Joes, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Suncoast Casino, The Bagel Cafe, Incredible Parks & Shopping/Restaurants. Newly Rennovated single story with a large yard, covered patio, courtyard and RV Parking. 3 Bedrooms with no carpet, 2 Bathrooms, Led Lighting, Electric Fireplaces, Flat screen TV's, LVP & Porcelain tile, Quartz Waterfall & Counters, Coffee Bar, Dining Room w/6 Seats, Laundry Room, Garage and tall privacy walls. Starter essentials. Dog friendly.
I love offering single story properties for vacation homes, they are so hard to find that have a big yard, are dog friendly and also have RV Parking with a new modern/contemporary look. I found this type of home was what I always needed when traveling with my dogs and noticed it was hard to find so I went on a quest to have my own ;)
Well established no hoa neighborhood that is quiet and is close proximity to an abundance of options in Summerlin. Food, Drink, Parks, Freeway, Shopping all close by.
