This beautifully restored 3-story, 1799 colonial parsonage, situated on a three-acre homestead farm surrounded by flower and vegetable gardens, two classic green houses, large barn, and outside stone patio with grill and fireplace, offers guests a peaceful place to retire after an exciting day exploring local sites, relaxing at the beach, or just visiting with friends. All rooms are furnished with period furniture, original art, and comfortable beds. Complementary wifi and a custom "to order" breakfast is provided for each guest. Breakfast can be served in a formal dining room with silver service, more casual sun porch, or outside patio. The inn offers four unique rooms that singly or in combination provide a wide range of accommodation options. The second floor offers three choices: the luxurious Green room with queen bed, cot option, walk through closet, and ensuite bathroom; the nautical Blue room with queen bed and cot option; and the French Pink room with two twins beds that can be upgraded to a king bed. The Blue and Pink rooms share a hallway bathroom, but any guest who prefers a private bath can have the other room taken out of service if it is not reserved. On the third floor, there is a very spacious family suite with large ensuite two-sink bathroom that has the following beds: two queens, one queen futon sofa, two twins, and two optional cots, providing a maximum capacity for 10 guests. The unique room configurations of our inn offer vacationing families or wedding parties a wide variety of room combinations that can handle up to 18 guests. Since our Inn is a residential bed and breakfast, we only rent out three rooms per night unless the whole house is rented at one time. This eliminates all hotel and state tax charges. Pets are welcome but owners are responsible for any issues.
