Amazing balcony for the best people watching on Ocean Blvd. Quick easy three minute walk will put you on the #1 Beach in the USA, Siesta Beach! This beautifully appointed apt. is perfect for those who will not mind the buzz and energy of our busy little Village. No need for a car to get around. You are where everyone wants to be already. Very walkable!

- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a 150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*.
