Important Property Notes • Noise Ordinance Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment. • During spring and fall this property may have an influx of ladybugs. They are harmless and can be simply swept or vacuumed up, but if this will be of concern for your group we recommend selecting a different property for your stay. • Please note that this property is bound to the restrictions of a Homeowners' Association. Outdoor fires, RVs, and ATVs are not permitted. • Travel Insurance Highly Recommended We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays. Guests are required to sign and abide by the Vacation Rental Agreement provided upon booking. A signed agreement is required within 24 hours of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation. Please check your email or call your host Carolina Mornings Luxury Vacation Rentals if not received after booking. Failure to complete the Vacation Rental Agreement will result in your reservation being canceled and/or you will not be allowed access to the rental property.
