Monterey State Beach and popular attractions are a 5-minute drive.

When it's time to dine, the table accommodates six.

This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a full-size bed. Both bedrooms have patio access.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The outdoor haven features multiple areas to relax in the shade with a crisp beverage. Host an afternoon cookout and make use of the gas grill.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided.
Parking is available for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway). Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This single-level home has a step-free entry. The property does not have air-conditioning.
This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum occupancy is six guests and two vehicles. Fines and/or eviction are possible for violations.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
