This adorable "Pink House" is the perfect place for the whole family or a group of friends to settle in and enjoy everything St. Augustine has to offer. You can quickly walk or drive to all of the hot spots of our city! For Nights of Lights, you can't beat the quick walk and views of downtown as you walk over the Lion's Bridge! The home itself is SO cozy! Linens and towels are included. The beds are ultra-comfy, the living room boasts amazing lounge furniture, and the décor is epic boho chic! Enjoy your morning coffee while laying in the backyard hammock, or sitting in the comfy outdoor seating area. THE LAYOUT - has a split 3/1 layout BEDROOM 1: Queen bed (Northside of house) BEDROOM 2: Queen bed (Southside of house) BEDROOM 3: 2 Double Beds (Southside of house) BATHROOM: On Southside of house with the Q and 2 Double room. Has shower/tub combo. BATHROOM: The full bathroom is located in the main hall for easy access. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo. HALF BATH: Within one of the two bedrooms. The kitchen has all of the essentials and more, and there are lots of fun things to do in the laundry room, like a game of croquet! This home is dog friendly and we can accommodate 1 small dog only. Pet fee does apply, payable directly to host upon booking. Please inquire about our full pooch policy!

The proximity to downtown and the views as you walk over the bridge are unbeatable! You are just 2 minutes from The Amp! Northeast Florida's premier concert venue! Farmer's Markets are also held here on Saturdays. This home is a stone's throw from the Alligator Farm and Lighthouse Park!
