Paki Maui 316 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom  condo located on the third floor with wonderful garden views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. Unit 316 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The condo does not have air conditioning but ceiling fans are placed throughout. This unit does have elevator access. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a well-stocked kitchen. The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower combo. The living room includes a Queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy your meals at the inside dining table for two or eat out in your private lanai overlooking the beautiful landscaped gardens. This unit offers a fully equipped kitchen so all you need is to bring your groceries upon arrival.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka’anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.
