From your vantage point on the 17th floor, it's hard to believe that jaw-dropping view of the turquoise Gulf waters is real - but somehow it is. Pick your jaw up off the floor -or don't- and recline into a lounge chair or grab a seat at the dining table on the expansive covered balcony with the panoramic vista. This waterfront condo has beach access via the building's private boardwalk so you can laze on the sand from sunup to sundown. If you feel the urge to switch things up, head over to the complex's indoor/outdoor pool or opt for a soak in the hot tub; this is resort living.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
