The fine print
Villas include breakfast in the Villa Clubhouse from 7am to 10:30am daily.
Two Bedroom Villa Reservations include breakfast for up to 4 registered guests.
Three Bedroom Villa Reservations include breakfast for up to 6 registered guests.
Four Bedroom Villa Reservations include breakfast for up to 8 registered guests.
This benefit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed at any other dining outlet within The Resort.

From September 2 – October 15, 2025, all Villa guests are invited to enjoy the Coliseum and Bella Vista Pools located at the Main Estate. During this time, the Villa Pool will be closed. The Villa Clubhouse will remain open, continuing to provide daily breakfast, as well as bar service throughout the day.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of US$500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
