A one-bedroom newly remodeled cozy apt (back half of a duplex) Minutes from the lake and Dry Creek Beach Plenty of small-town restaurants within a 5-minute drive, minutes away from the charming downtown Winchester area.  The apt is equipped with all the conveniences you need (fully functional kitchen, washer & dryer, picnic table, hairdryer, etc...).  The home is located In an excellent location convenient to everything you would need and more!  The space was recently remodeled with a fully furnished kitchen, a dining table that seats four, very comfortable queen bed, futon bed that can sleep 2 young children or a shorter adult (66" long), patio table and charcoal grill out back for you to enjoy a nice cookout.  We live about an hour away so we won't be meeting you when you arrive, but we are easily accessible via message or phone to help you with anything you may need.
