Our home is in an up-and-coming neighborhood just 2 miles west of the Historic District that has a mix of renovated and older homes (some of which aren’t maintained as well as ours). The bungalow is across the street from an elementary school and a middle school with playground access. Our location provides convenient access to highways 214, 207, Highway 1 and Interstate 95. For your safety and security, we have installed 2 Ring security cameras at each entrance door that will be on during your stay. For additional security, our home is located less than a quarter mile from the St. Johns County Fire and Rescue Station.
